Another Liberal Triumph: Judge Sotomayor as a Supreme Court Nominee
I just changed my facebook status to piss off some of my Liberal Democrat friends. I really do love them-but I occasionally use hyperbole with a sardonic twist to try and get them to leave the Democrat's plantation.Anyways, Homegirl Sotomayor has had 6 cases referred to the Supreme Court. One of them is pending and 3 out of the remaining 5 have been overturned by the Supreme Court. I'm not the best mathematician, but that's 60%.
Just in case you're wondering, I am "certified Black enough" to speak against Judge Sotomayor-just like Bo Snerdley on the Rush Limbaugh radio talk show.
According to the "arbiter of truth" Obama, we need an "empathetic" judge. You know what's funny, when I was working on my Master's in Counseling, they told me all throughout graduate school that I had to show my client's "empathy". Apparently, according to our "beloved", "smart", "highly esteemed" ,"clean and articulate" president-NOW judges have to be like Counselors and Therapists.
Why would we want a judge who is going to interpret the constitution in an unbiased way anyways?

Are you guys serious, she will follow the law. From Samuel Alito he himself said that only a robot would not take personal experience or personal optinions into decision making and now he sits on the court. the 60% you speak of is that when she was on the circuit court or on the appeals court.Even your buddy rush has turn down his racism remarks and even said that he would back her up if she will follow the law. at the end of the day some people vote their conscience sometimes. We can sit here but we dont really how people come up with their decisions.
