ONLY in DETROIT? (Shaking My Head)
A man from Detroit was convicted of pimping, kidnapping, and owes over $130,000 in back child support?
Question: Now that he's out of prison after serving 16 years, what's he going to do next?
Answer: He's running for City Coun

Now I'm all for "repentance" and "rehabilitation"---whatever the hell you want to call it. In all seriousness, what the heck is wrong with people in Detroit?
Detroit must be a heck of a place if someone with Mr. Hart's credentials is running for City Council.
Wait. Wait. This is the same city (D) Kwame Kilpatrick was mayor. You can read about the allegations of murder, perjury, conspiracy, obstruction, corruption, and extramarital affairs here and here. Or you can just google his name.
Detroit has an illiteracy rate around 50% and a jobless rate hovering around 24.7%. I was shocked to find out that Detroit is one of the most heavily Democrat controlled cities in the United States with well over 96% of the people voting STRAIGHT TICKET FOR DEMOCRATS.
I'm not necessarily angry that Mr. Hart is running, I'm just sad because this is the SAME city that won't give a Black Republican a chance. Think about it for a second, a Black Republican with no record WILL LOSE to a man who was behind bars for 16 years for pimping minors (amongst other felony charges).
Remember children, it's still the Black "Republicans" and "Conservatives" who are "sell-outs" to the race...
Anyways, at least the people of Detroit can sleep a little better because Obama, Timmy Geitner, and the UNIONS are running GM.

25% actually graduate from Detroit Public Schools which are going bankrupt. It's also a welfare state. Unfortunately they pretty much cancel out the rest of the state when they vote.....Obama, Combover Carl, Stab-us-now, and Granholm......otherwise this would be a Red State.

Yes, I live very close to Detroit and the city government is sad indeed. Hopefully people will start to learn some lessons. Many public figures are being indicted and some are being sentenced for things like bribery (Monica Conyers). We are still hoping. Of course there will not be any republicans in the local government anytime soon, but there are some honorable, respectable leaders. The new mayor, David Bing seems like he really cares about the city and is using his position to serve. At any rate, he can't get any worse than Kwami.

What a breath of fresh air. You're doing a great job of getting the good word out about conservatism, along with exposing the never-ending dependency and oppression that the democrat party imposes its constituents (and the rest of us, at the moment!).
